Para is a creative partnership based in Los Angeles, California with clients all over the world. Together, we develop detailed graphic identities & photography, and cultivate lasting relationships. The results are timeless, compelling, visual stories.
We are Marta and Gregory, partners at work and life. We founded PARA as a boutique creative studio in 2020. We combine our backgrounds in design, branding and photography to elevate new and existing brands.
PARA takes on a variety of meanings in many languages – “couple” or “partners” and also “steam” in both Marta’s native Ukrainian, and Gregory’s Polish background. It encapsulates both our connection, and also our energy and creative fuel that powers our big ideas.
Para is the way we collaborate, how we receive inspiration from each other, give each other critiques and what we use to make every project the best it can be.

Originally from Lviv, Ukraine, Marta has since lived in Chicago and now resides in Los Angeles, California. With over 9 years experience in the fashion and beauty industry, Marta has taken her knowledge of being in front of the camera to behind the scenes. Having worked with some of the best photographers, videographers, stylists and other creative team members who have collaborated to bring her visions to life.
GREGORY—
Creative Director/Design
Born in Jaslo, Poland, Gregory has called Chicago his home for most of his life. At an early age, he was inspired by travel, art and design. Gregory graduated from University of Illinois in Chicago with a Masters in Design. Later in his career he became a Professor at Dominican University teaching Graphic Design. He has worked with various companies in his 15 year career, specifically in brand development and packaging.
